Over the next 3 days we'll recompute the full history of our on-chain metrics for ERC-20 tokens on Optimism, using a rebuilt and more precise data pipeline. History is updated gradually, so while this runs, some periods of a chart may show new values while others still show old ones. When it finishes, holder counts, active addresses and the holder distribution by balance will be more accurate, especially for 2021–2023. Same goes for Short-window valuation metrics; these are MVRV, realized cap and realized price over windows such as 1 day and 7 days. Several tokens, including USDC and VELO, will have complete histories that follow their current contracts, and previously missing days will be filled in. The update needs no action from you. Some historical charts will look different afterwards, and the new values are the more accurate ones.
